 I’m the founder and principal of Chronic Consulting and Ascend Tax Solutions, providing CFO level advisory and CPA services exclusively to cannabis operators and dispensaries.

As a Certified Public Accountant with CFO level experience, I work directly with clients to navigate 280E exposure, improve cash flow, strengthen financial controls, and support profitable growth.

I intentionally operate as a solo practitioner. When you work with either firm, you work directly with me.
